Ardian, a world-leading private investment firm, has entered into an agreement to acquire Energia Group from I Squared Capital.
This exciting development positions Energia Group for continued investment in the energy transition and reflects Ardian’s long-term confidence in Energia’s strategic position and future growth.
The transaction will have no impact on customers, employees, partners or suppliers and we remain committed to delivering our strategy and supporting Ireland’s sustainable energy future.
Speaking on the transaction, Ian Thom, CEO of Energia Group, said:
